Health Services is located on campus in the Johnson Wellness Center. Our nursing professionals are available to assist you with all of your health care needs while you are a student at Grand View. All visits are confidential.

Services are free to students with the exception of fees for sports or employment physicals, and lab work. An insurance card is required for these services.  It is highly recommended that students have health insurance. There is a Student Health Plan offered through Student Assurance Services. The coverage is limited, although it does provide some financial relief for some major medical expenses. For information, please inquire at the front desk in the Student Life Office.

To ensure your safety and the safety of those around you during your college experience, we require a basic health review and proof of immunization of all residential, international students and athletes. Below is a link to our Student Health Form that deals the basic health overview as well as an immunization history. You can find required student health forms HERE, as well as information about student health insurance.

The Student Health Form may be returned by mail, faxed to 515-263-6192, or dropped off in the Student Life Office on campus.
