Students can view their accounts at myView> myTools > Financial Information > Current Statement. Please note a login is required to access myView. Students can also elect to have a statement mailed to another individual. Contact the Registrar’s Office to complete a release of information form.
Student Account Payment Methods
Grand View offers online payment options through our processor, Official Payments. Official Payments accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Students may pay online by credit card (with a 2.35% service fee) or by electronic check (at no charge). Paying online is the fastest way to make last minute payments to get your bill cleared by the due date. To make an online payment, follow the applicable link below.

Note: A service fee will be applied to all payments made toward student account balances by credit card, by phone, or in person.
Checks and money orders can be sent directly to the university. Please write your Grand View Student ID number on your payment. Additionally, please note that any returned check is subject to a $25 returned check fee. Please make the check payable to Grand View University and mail it to:

ACH (E-Check) and credit card payments can also be made by calling the Business Office at 515-263-2807. You will need to have your bank routing and account information available for e-check payments.
Payments by cash, check, money order, credit card and e-check can be accepted in the Business Office. To make a payment in person, please visit the Business Office, on the second floor of the Humphrey Center, during the following hours:

Grand View will be partners with Official Payments to offer a secure, convenient and interest-free way to automatically withdraw payments from your banking account or credit card over the course of the semester. The GV Payment Plan option allows students to divide the total amount due from the billing statement into three, four, five or six installments per semester. Access to those payment plans is available through Official Payments using the link above. Depending on the plan selected, an enrollment fee of $30 to $50 will be assessed. This fee allows for the deferment of tuition throughout the semester and waives late fees on the outstanding balance as long as the account remains in good standing.

ALL BALANCES REMAINING UNPAID as of the due date WILL BE ASSESSED A 1.5% LATE PAYMENT FEE PER MONTH. Further registration will not be allowed and transcripts will be withheld until balance is paid in full.
Payment Due Dates
Tuition payment is due by the end of the first week of each specific term. For those students enrolled in accelerated coursework, all payments are due in the first week of the course.
The tuition account is the responsibility of the student. If the student has a credit balance, the refund is provided to the student, not the person who paid the account. A credit balance that occurs because of an overage of a Federal Parent Plus loan will be refunded according to the parent’s instructions.
Direct Deposit of Student Account Refunds (E-Refunds)
Grand View University is pleased to offer direct deposit of student account refunds. This new service will allow students to receive semester tuition account refunds more quickly. Additionally, students will have the added convenience of email notification when funds are transferred out, and direct deposit allows for immediate access to funds (according to each banks’ policies). This new service is now Grand View University's preferred method of delivery. Students who do not choose direct deposit will have their refund checks mailed to the address on record at the university. There will be no pick up of refund checks in person.

The university uses the grandview.edu email address to communicate with students. Please make sure students check their email during the summer and during breaks for important notices. The 1098T tax forms are made available to the student before January 31st.
