Alec Zama, associate professor of business administration
Welcome! I have been in the business administration department since 2005 and I have taught a variety of courses ranging from freshman introductory courses to business capstone seminars. Recently, I began teaching management and organizational behavior at the undergraduate level, and interpersonal workplace dynamics and strategic thinking at the graduate level. I’m the advisor for the Phi Beta Lamba (PBL) Chapter at GV.  I completed my Doctorate of Business Administration in the spring of 2012. My research interests lie in the area of top management and CEO succession. I enjoy studying organizations and their behavior. I believe in establishing strong connections between classroom learning and the business world, and thus provide students with such opportunities. I enjoy watching and playing sports, debating politics and economics, and reading spy novels. I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes!
