Johnston Campus at Camp Dodge
Grand View's Accelerated Program at the Johnston Campus at Camp Dodge is designed to allow adult students the opportunity to complete courses in a shorter time frame than the traditional semester allows. Students are able to plan classes around work schedules.
Courses operate on an eight-week term with six terms during the year. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday evening in the Freedom Center with classes being held during two time periods, 5:45–8 p.m. and 8:10–10:25 p.m.
A Bachelor of Arts degree with the following majors can be earned through the accelerated Johnston Campus programs*:
- Business Administration: Human Resources, Management, Agriculture
- Criminal Justice
- Liberal Arts
- Organizational Studies
- Service Management
Students who wish to pursue other Grand View majors may take courses at the Johnston Campus that satisfy their degree requirements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition is $319 per semester credit hour (beginning Fall 2012). The military rate is $250 per credit hour. Tuition is due by the end of the first week of class. Students may be eligible for financial aid from a vairety of sources. Call the Financial Aid office at 515-263-2820 for more information.
Active Iowa Army National Guard and Air Guard members, and their spouses, are eligible for a tuition discount.
