Job Description:
Tellers must represent West Bank in a friendly, professional manner and extend high-quality customer service to all clients. Teller reponsibilities include: cashing checks, accepting deposits and loan payments, making change, filling customer cash orders, processing withdrawals, selling travelers checks and U.S. Savings Bonds, being alert to expressed customer needs and suggesting appropriate services, processing all transactions accurately and balancing a cash drawer daily.
Job Qualifications:
High school degree required, AA degree preferred. Prior cash handling experience required. Sales experience is beneficial, but not required. Candidate should possess organizational skills, ability to meet and greet the public in a professional manner, customer service skills to effectivley communicate with a diverse client base, and show attention to detail.
