Job Description:
Looking for individuals to become part of our account contact unit. This area is responsible for calling current Farm Bureau insureds and setting up appointments for them to meet with his/her agent and discuss current coverages. This position is also responsible for contacting prospective clients to gather quoting information for agents. The ideal candidate will be able to work afternoon and evening hours M-F and Saturday. (You must be available for at least 25 hours, however up to 39 hours are available.) We are flexible with schedules, however the unit is only open 1-8 M-F and 10-3 Sat.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma/equivalent. Good phone and customer service skills required. Sales skills helpful. Basic computer skills are needed (Lotus, Excel, internet). Candidate must be responsible, dependable, and a team player.
