Job Description:
PHYSICIAN RECRUITER An Emergency Medicine physician group is in need of a full-time Physician Recruiter to recruit qualified physicians to provide Emergency Department coverage in rural hospitals for specific states. The goals of a Physician Recruiter are to make a minimum of 75 calls a day (extensive cold-calling required) and schedule six independently contracted physicians per month. Applicants must be extremely organized and self motivated, have exceptional follow-up and telephone sales skills, and the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians and use those relationships to build a network in which to grow our business. This position does require extended work hours during our busy months and on-call responsibilities assigned on a rotating basis within each team (generally 1 out of 4 weeks).
