Job Description:
Title: Marketing Coordinator Position Goal: Create and execute Marketing events that result in qualified leads for the company. Manage the content and layout of corporate website and deploy email blasts to drive the market to our website and/or sales staff. Exceeds predetermined quotas set by supervisor for new leads, rejuvenated existing leads, and demonstrations-scheduled/demonstrations-completed. Position Requirements: • Manage web landing pages with web design team to result in initial software demonstrations with doctors for EHR Consultants in Sales. Track the leads that come into the respective landing pages, as well as the lead sources. • Deploy advertising campaigns as directed by the SVP of Sales & Marketing. • Manage the weekly webinar schedule for leads to sign up electronically, confirm doctor attendance on day-of event, and promptly reschedule no-show doctors. • Coordinate email campaign deployments to leads, the market, and to customers. • Manage communication electronically via Press Releases, announcements or e-newsletters to customers and prospects. • Schedule tradeshows and conventions and manage the logistics of booths and materials for Sales personnel, as well as ensure that all leads are uploaded in a timely manner to the CRM • Generate web portal reports for tracking lead sources and determining ROI on Marketing campaigns. • Maintain immediate and accurate CRM input and updates regarding prospects from all lead sources including webinars, email campaigns, print advertising, affiliates, colleges and technology partners. • Manage LinkedIn and blog postings from the CEO to the market Skills and Experience: • 2 years minimum Marketing with web technology-based solutions • Website management and lead management skills • Experience with web tools such as GoTo Meeting, LinkedIn and others • Outstanding telephonic communication skills – listening and speaking • Familiarity with webinars management Very strong organization skills • Consensus-building attitude and positive demeanor • Associate degree preferred Reports To: SVP Sales & Marketing This job is for our Urbandale office.
