Job Description:
Coordinates and implements Commercial Sales processes at the regional level. Responsible for account set up and address review in CSG. Works closely with Region Commercial Sales, Construction and Operations to ensure all steps in the sales process are on time or that alternate scheduling takes place. Other duties to include: Resolution of billing disputes; escalation of prospect and customer issues, and report generation.
Job Qualifications:
• One to two years practical experience in coordinating and scheduling procedures between different departments and customers, in a fast-paced atmosphere preferred. • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Billing application experience a plus. • Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities as described in a full and adequate manner. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills necessary. • Knowledge of cable television or telephone industry helpful.
