Job Description:
The Worship Leader performs the role of organist/pianist and plays for two Sunday morning worship services, plus a full schedule of festival, Lenten and Holy Week services. This position is responsible for selecting prelude and postlude to support the liturgical season, lectionary, and hymns selected in conjunction with the Pastor. Other responsibilities include the “curation” of worship and practicing with a praise team. The Worship Leader oversees and manages all procedures and tasks associated with enriching music, scheduling and performance. This position reports directly to the Pastor and supports and assists the Pastor, Boards, and congregation by coordinating and performing the following essential duties.
