Our Leadership Development Program is all about the opportunity. LDP Associates work alongside company presidents and managers to learn the printing industry from the bottom up. LDP Associates start at the core of the business, where ink meets paper. From there, you work your way through accounting, estimating, purchasing, and customer service. As you go through your rotations, you will have the opportunity to consult with customers and work with managers, preparing you for a successful future in our company. Our Leadership Development Program has a proven track record - 25 of our company presidents came through the Leadership Development Program – some promoted as young as 26. We are looking for enthusiastic, entry-level candidates with excellent communication skills who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on experience in every facet of the printing industry. The Leadership Development Program is a full-time, entry-level opportunity. Qualified applicants must have the following: - 3.0 overall GPA or higher - Bachelor's Degree - Master's or Ph. D candidates will not be considered - Limited professional experience - Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
