Description: A Financial Representative is a career sales position that involves the marketing, sales and service of insurance and securities products to clients. This person should be motivated to help individuals, families, and businesses in solving their financial needs. Position Overview: We are seeking talented, goal orientated, and highly motivated people to join our team of professionals. Our team consists of leaders in insurance, finance, estate, business and family planning. We’re looking for qualified applicants who want to build their own business by using a proven business model without the risks and cost of doing it all on their own. Responsibilities: Develop and cultivate a client base Consistently meet and exceed Company production goals. Market and sell appropriate products, including life insurance, annuities, long term care insurance, disability insurance and investments. Comply with all industry and Company rules and regulations. Utilize data, marketing trends, and industry knowledge to develop and implement a personal business and marketing plan. Analyze, prepare and deliver presentations to clients through the effective use of information and product knowledge. Demonstrate outstanding client service and support by continuing to assist current clients in achieving their changing financial objectives. Actively participate in on going training provided by the Company. Attend firm meetings and required training sessions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree desired Proven achievement in leadership, academics and extracurricular activities Current, valid driver’s license Goal orientated and highly motivated self starter Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills License Requirements: Life and Health insurance License upon hire Obtain Series 6 and 63 within 12 months of employment Background Check Requirements: Employment at Central Financial Group is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal, credit check, and licensing check.
