Job Description:
? Answers phones and assists customers with current and follow-up service questions; places work orders. ? Assists with in-shop or warranty jobs that are brought in and tagged. ? Assists Service Technicians by looking up history and part info; generates job tickets, etc. ? Assists dispatching by giving Service Technicians next call and ticket info. ? Uses good judgment and exercises tact and discretion in frequent public and intra-company communications. ? Physically performs job functions. Maximum lifting requirement -- 50 lbs. Requires sitting for prolonged periods of time, some standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing ? Participates in Service Department training and meetings as appropriate ? Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
? High school Diploma or GED ? Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen ? Proficiency in computer usage (MS Office, Internet, etc.) and basic office equipment ? 1 - 3 years of Customer Service and data entry experience. Mature personality, ability to work with customers, vendors, and co-workers courteously and tactfully ? Ability to work independently with little supervision and/or as a team player. Motivated, outgoing, self-starter ? Ability to concentrate, handle pressure, and meet deadlines ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills required ? Good organizational, attention-to-detail, and multi-tasking skills required
