Job Description:
The Blank Park is seeking motivated self-starters to assist in the Special Events department. Responsibilities include: •Assist with the preparation and planning of all public and private events •Oversee set-up and clean-up of public events •Supervise events •Troubleshoot problems during events
Job Qualifications:
Applicants must be 18 years or older and preference will be given to candidates currently enrolled in or graduated from a college or university majoring in recreation, management, communications, or related field. The job requires lifting and moving 50 pounds, long hours walking and standing, flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Position begins in May and ends in August with some hours possible in September and October.
