Job Description:
Responsibilities include: - Answers and screens all incoming calls - multiline phone work - Greets and directs guests - Communicates with Dispatchers, all levels of internal staff and outside customers, vendors, etc. - Operates & maintains office equipment; copiers, printers, fax, etc. - Mailings - Orders office supplies - Administratively supports management personnel - Filing - General office upkeep
Job Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years office experience required -- not an entry level position - Great attitude is a must - Customer Service experience - Must be responsible, dependable, and have timely and consistent attendance - Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively - Must be computer proficient -- MS Office required - Marketing & graphic design experience a PLUS
