Job Description:
Community based human service provider seeks a Supported Living Supervisor to facilitate rehabilitation services. Responsible for assisting people with psychiatric and/or intellectual disabilities to develop skills and access supports to live successfully in the community; strong communication skills required; must have ability to coach/teach; shared on-call responsibilities.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required. Experience with mental health, Medicaid waiver services, substance abuse and/or criminal justice is preferred.
