Job Description:: Oversee the trading of the Non-Proprietary Mutual Fund Investments offered in Principal Financial Group's retirement plans through the NSCC. The position is part of a trade desk team that executes over 644,000 trades annually and is responsible for settlement of $19 billion dollars in purchases and redemptions each year. Qualifications: -Four-year college degree in business administration/finance or equivalent years of related business experience. -Ability to work in a team environment with limited supervision. -Capable of working independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. -FINRA Series 6 license required within 3 months. -This position requires strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to analyze and problem solve are important. -Good problem solving, math, analytical, detail-oriented and organizational skills required. -Must be able to meet established deadlines, work in a fast moving environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferences: -Strong Access/MySQL and Excel skills preferred.
