Job Description:
Girl Services Manager supports service unit manager, volunteers and girls within an assigned area; identifying the needs of girls and promoting the mission of Girl Scouts. This position networks throughout the communities identifying underserved populations; recruiting and retaining membership while promoting leadership, and promoting products and services offered throughout Girl Scouts. Essential Functions 1. Provides customer service and support for council volunteers 2. Works closely with the membership team implementing outcome-based strategies 3. Promotes Girl Scouts Journey and Girl Guides material; and other products and services Education/Experience Required 1. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required 2. Volunteer Relations and Management 3. Sales/Relationship Development 4. Some nights/weekend work required (seasonal/busy time)
