Agri-King is in the beginning stages of migrating from a Mainframe environment to a Power ISeries (as/400) platform using an ERP system developed by Lansa Inc. New applications will be developed using a 4GL GUI based development tool called Visual Lansa. Training for the development tool will be provided. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground level of implementing an entirely new computer system for our company. Minimum Qualifications: B.A. Degree in Computer Science, or relevant work experience. Strong analytical skills. Excellent math skills. Communication skills a must. Highly motivated and able to work independently or in a team structure. AS/400 experience an excellent plus. Database design experience preferred. Experience with SQL, C++ is preferred. Job Functions: Work with departmental experts to analyze, design and develop business systems. Design and implement data models for business systems. Participate within a team to develop new systems.
