Our business is growing at a rate of over 20% per year and we invite only the best contact center professionals to apply for a unique opportunity with our team! As a Sales Consultant, you will be handling a variety of inbound calls from our callers. These calls will be primarily from prospective customers who have been required to install an ignition interlock device into their vehicle. As a Sales Consultant, you will receive training and support to prepare you to meet, and exceed sales goals and have the opportunity to control your own income! Sales Consultant Responsibilities: • Close sales from inbound calls generated from marketing efforts and endorsements. • Counsel prospects and customers as to the way in which our device is used, the process that will occur upon installation and what they can expect during their lease cycle with Intoxalock. • Provide management with insight on our customers’ feedback and make suggestions on added features/training that would better equip sales associates for success. • Navigate through several intranet and internet applications in order to accommodate for customer questions and process customer orders. Job Qualifications:
Sales Consultant Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience strongly desired; experience in call center environment preferred. • A passion for sales and a desire to control your own income – the volume of our prospective customers is continuing to increase and qualified candidates will seek to close every opportunity presented. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong persuasive skills – ability to effectively communicate the features/benefits of using Intoxalock vs. other IID providers. • Experience working a high-volume environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient computer skills – comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs • High School Diploma/GED required; post-secondary preferred.
