Job Description:
Position Summary The software implementer will showcase exceptional customer service while guiding and training new clients and their employees through the implementation process to ensure a successful, sustainable and long-term partnership. They will work independently and within a team to execute multiple projects by planning, communicating, conducting business process interviews, providing data manipulation, training, documentation, and support activities as required. The software implementer will become an expert on the software and hardware used as part of the solution. They will be the primary liaison to the client and will travel to client sites to install hardware, and conduct training classes. They will participate in analysis, program testing, and support documentation within an operations team. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: • Successfully execute implementation projects to achieve client and company objectives • Lead process reviews with client in order to properly configure software and provide best practice guidance • Coordination of team and other resources needed to ensure successful implementation • Identifying and procuring necessary hardware for installation • Provide direction to clients on networking requirements to insure optimal performance • Travel to client sites to install hardware, troubleshoot as needed, and train end users on the product • Identify and report needed enhancements, provide QA and testing within the operations team • Develop and maintain project and product documentation • Maintain basic knowledge of products and services in order to effectively communicate how company can add value to new and existing customers and clients • Demonstrate commitment to provide excellent customer service and support • Provide data manipulation service to clients utilizing spreadsheet and database tools in order to import data from various formats into software specifications • Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as work effectively in a team environment • Assume additional duties as defined by supervisor Qualifications / Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or other IT related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey concepts in a positive, clear, and concise manor in the form of in-person presentations and demonstrations given over the phone • Understanding of software architecture, hardware, networking, and databases • Proficiency in spreadsheet and database tools to manipulate data • Understanding of business processes and terminology • Passion for customer service and support • Independent and self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly • Proven time-management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent judgments that may significantly impact the company About FullCount: FullCount is a trusted leader in the senior living industry, providing quality Point of Sale and other augmenting software.
