Are you someone with a passion for training? Can you help drive new products and services forward? Are you also interested in working with all types of clients? We're looking for you! Our Training Specialist will develop and deliver ongoing training to new or existing clients. There will also be other projects as assigned, including participating in the launch of new products and services. Additionally, this individual will: •Develop and deliver ongoing training to internal staff per request. •Assist with client conversions and start-ups. •Participate in introduction of card-related changes to existing systems and products. •Maintain system documentation and procedures, internal and external training specific to the industry. •Proactively pursues development opportunities and shows expected progress on learning plan. •Actively supports the strategic future, culture and leadership practices of TMG.
Job Qualifications:
•General knowledge of adult learning, education principles, and practices. •Knowledge of financial industry and cards related products, services and processing systems, knowledge of FD system a plus. •Facilitation and leadership experience, including the ability to work effectively with internal/external business partners. •Experience with training and design software preferred, such as InDesign and Articulate. •Basic understanding of project management principles. •Time management and organizational skills. •Analytical, technical and problem solving skills. •Ability to travel (20-25%) including weekend stays. •Must align with the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” and our corporate values: People Matter, Collaborate for Results, Ownership Perspective and Embrace Change. **Credit and criminal background verification required on all applicants.
