Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be part of a cutting-edge company, joining a fast growing industry in a role that has enormous potential for career development. Job Qualifications:
• Human resources/recruiting experience a plus • Sales and marketing background is beneficial • Consumer Products and beauty industry experience desired. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment, set priorities and manage changing priorities. • Ability to communicate effectively and develop positive working relationships • Should be considering a career in these areas: Entrepreneurship, Sales, Marketing, Event Planning, HR/Recruitment, HR/Training & Development, Communications/PR, Communications/Social Media, Management, Cosmetology related emphasis • Self-discipline and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting. • Have a genuine interest to help customers solve business problems • Driven to work independently during the day while having a director provide ideas and support • Enjoy having ownership for goals and business decisions • High energy • Have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Superior poise and judgment • Strong service ethic • Professional image and wardrobe
