Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be part of a cutting-edge company, joining a fast growing industry in a role that has enormous potential for career development. He/she will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: • The Salon Development Partner selected will market the company’s products directly to licensed cosmetologists, barbers, salons, spas, and cosmetology schools • Establish and maintain online store via social media, and Company website. • After training, the new SDP will manage their own schedule, initiate promotion process by scheduling appointments, inviting new customers and owners to product events, studying product guides and market. Job Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, retail, merchandising, marketing, tanning salons, hair salons, spas, massage salons, skin spas, social media is helpful, but not required • Should be considering a career in these areas: Entrepreneurship, Sales, Marketing, Event Planning, HR/Recruitment, HR/Training & Development, Communications/PR, Communications/Social Media, Management, Cosmetology related emphasis • Self-discipline and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting. • Have a genuine interest to help customers solve business problems • Driven to work independently during the day while having a director provide ideas and support • Enjoy having ownership for goals and business decisions • High energy • Have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Superior poise and judgment • Strong service ethic • Professional image and wardrobe
