Grand View University broke ground Friday, April 25 on the capstone project that will culminate a 15-year campus renovation and expansion effort. The University also announced a $20 million comprehensive fundraising campaign. Grand View University announces the receipt a $1 million Legacy Grant from Prairie Meadows. The gift will support the renovation and expansion of Grand View’s Student Center, the capstone of a 15-year campus master plan. Kelli Meyer, of Strawberry Point, IA, has been awarded the “Best of Show” in Grand View’s High School Art Competition for 2013-14. As the competition winner, she receives a $5,000 annually renewable scholarship to major in Art & Design at Grand View. In it’s third year, the High School Art Competition draws hundreds of entries from all over the U.S. every month from October through February.
