The Student Center, on the east side of campus, is home to Student Life, the Bookstore, the Viking Theatre, the music department, and Stacks Deli.

Stacks features made-to-order subs, paninis, wraps & toaster sandwiches five days a week. Salads and yogurts made fresh daily are available for your grab-and-go needs. Hot breakfasts can be made while you wait. Stacks Deli also offers a wide variety of retail items for your convenience.
Student Life Offices
The south entrance of the Student Center leads you directly to the Student Life offices. You’ll find the Student Life staff eager to answer questions and help you adjust to life at Grand View. Offices in the Student Center are student government, Support Services, Career Center, Vice President for Student Affairs, Office of New Student Programs, Personal Counseling, Student Activities, Student Housing and Multicultural and Community Outreach.
The Grand View Bookstore has all the books and supplies you’ll need for your classes. You also can shop for the latest in Grand View apparel and even find the perfect greeting card. Need a snack, shampoo or toothpaste and don’t want to leave campus? Stop and shop in the mini-convenience store within the Bookstore.
The 220-seat Viking Theatre, adjacent to the lounge, is home to Grand View plays as well as other large events and productions. The facility is a modified thrust theatre that also can be changed to an arena-style stage. Theatre Arts majors utilize a costume shop, design studio, makeup room, lighting booth with a computerized light board, state-of-the-art sound system, sound booth with digital sound editing capabilities and prop storage for Grand View productions.
The Music Department is one of the fine arts programs located in the Student Center. There are practice rooms, a teaching studio and a classroom, which also serves as rehearsal space for the Grand View Choir and the Instrumental Ensemble.
