*CANCELLED: In response to COVID-19, Middle School Honor Band scheduled for April 28 has been cancelled.
Nomination Deadline: Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 12:00 Noon...you can submit earlier if you wish.
Time: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM (6:00 PM concert)
Cost: $15/student selected
Guest Conductors: Jane Triplett (8th Grade Band), Erin Holmes (7th Grade Band), and Wayne Lu (6th Grade Band)
If you would like to nominate someone for the Middle School Honor Band, please fill out the nomination form below.
DIRECTORS: Please complete this form for each student you nominate. Please make every effort to be as specific as possible with regard to the spelling of student names, instrument/part, etc. It can be very helpful if you are using an internet browser like Chrome, it will auto-fill some of the responses below. Please be certain to double check that the correct information has been entered for you.
Please note that there will be three (3) grade-level bands selected. One for 6th graders, one for 7th graders, and one for 8th grade students. When ranking your students, please do so within their grade level for greatest accuracy.
A final list of the students you nominated will be sent to all directors immediately after the deadline (Tuesday, March 17th at 12:00 Noon) to confirm that all nominations were received.
