At camp you will:
- Learn and perform a brand new solo piece (or two shorter pieces)
- Experience playing in ensembles (duets or trios)
- Receive private lessons and ensemble coaching
- Take courses in music theory or music appreciation

Camp times:
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Student Recital: Friday 6:30 p.m.
Event cost: $300, includes lunches and snacks

You're invited to attend the Grand View University Piano Clinic this summer from Sunday, June 20 - Friday, June 25. Students should have at least three years of piano lesson experience (playing at IMTA Level C or Higher).
At camp, you will:

Piano Camp Instructors
| Dr. Natalie Landowski |

 Dr. Natalie Landowski holds a bachelor of music in piano performance from the University of California, Irvine, a master of music in piano pedagogy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a doctor of musical arts in piano performance and pedagogy from the University of Iowa
An active performer, Dr. Landowski has presented solo and chamber ensemble performances for the University of Iowa's Piano Sundays and Steinway Extravaganza series and at the Coralville Center for the Performing Arts, Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, the Upper Bay Philharmonic Society, and Irvine City Hall, as well as other venues. She has attended music festivals throughout the U.S. and Europe, and has played in master classes given by notable artists such as Gary Graffman, Menahem Pressler, Eduardo Delgado, Kenneth Drake and Edward Parmentier.
She has also been involved in presenting pedagogy workshops and giving master classes at universities throughout southern California, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Elise Davidson is pianist and educator in Des Moines, Iowa. She is a 2012 graduate of Wartburg College with a degree in music education. She earned her master’s in piano pedagogy and performance from the University of Iowa. She is a music teacher in the Des Moines area with experience in the elementary and middle school classrooms. At Grand View, she serves as lecturer of piano and music education.
She completed her Kodály mastery certificate, providing an intensive study of folk song analysis, retrieval, musicianship, and conducting. With a particular passion for music literacy, she strives to create an environment of joy-filled music making with an emphasis on student choice and leadership. In addition to teaching, she maintains a small private piano studio and enjoys accompanying for local high schools.

| Dr. Kathryn Duffy |

 Dr. Kathryn Pohlmann Duffy is a professor of music at Grand View University and the director of the Grand View Choir. She holds degrees in music from Wartburg College, Kansas State University, and the University of Chicago. She earned her Ph.D. in musicology from the University of Chicago with a dissertation on the music and liturgy at the Castle Church in Wittenberg on the eve of the Reformation.
She recently led the Grand View Choir in its fourth European tour with repertoire and tour locations celebrating the Reformation. Her work has been honored by Grand View University with its Excellence in Teaching and Mentoring Award (2000) and its Excellence and Innovation in Teaching Award (2016). She has also been recognized by Wartburg College with an Alumni Citation (2014), given for personal and professional work in leadership, service, faith and learning.

COVID Protocols
We will be successful in keeping our camp safe and sanitary through the following categories of measures:
- Ventilation- HEPA air filters and good HVAC system for proper ventilation and aeration of studio teaching spaces
- Distancing- Studio teaching encouraging 6-ft. distance; practice rooms limited to one student at a time. Ensemble rehearsals will take place at two pianos to allow for social distancing.
- Face Coverings- Face coverings must be worn in all rehearsal and lessons.
- Sanitation- Pianos disinfected after every use.
