Music Scholarship Audition

The Pro Musica scholarships are available for students of all majors, and both incoming first-year and transfer students.

The scholarships can range from $500-$4,000 annually.

For the audition, we ask that students prepare two contrasting selections. For vocalists, that typically consists of two art songs with piano accompaniment. For instrumentalists and pianists, two contrasting solos, or one longer solo with contrasting sections or movements. We will provide the accompanist for you – just don’t forget the piano accompaniment the day of the audition.

If awarded a Music Scholarship, we ask that you participate in the major ensemble that corresponds with your audition (voice – choir; instruments – band) and take applied lessons on that instrument each semester.
