Below you will find several helpful resources to get your semester started. Remember to go to myView, our internal website, for all the documents and information you need as the year moves along.
A variety of student activities are planned throughout the academic year. Activities are posted on myView and on the Campus Calendar as they are scheduled. Also watch your email and for signs around campus announcing events.
As a registered student, you have access to our myView site and have been issued a Grand View email address. The myView site provides a single point of access to your email, course schedules, grades and other electronic resources. It is important for you to check your Grand View email account often, as email is a commonly used source of communication within the campus community. We also offer wireless access, network storage and many other technology resources.
Help Desk Ticket
Opening a Help Desk ticket is the quickest and most efficient way to get service through Grand View’s IT Department. Your service request will be automatically routed to the appropriate support person after you submit a request in one of three easy ways:
- Email your request to helpdesk @ grandview.edu
- Submit your request via a form at helpdesk.grandview.edu
- Call us at (515) 263-6100
