Denmark / German Study Tour

Through this program, students will learn how the United States, Denmark, and Germany respond to providing health and social services to their citizens and marginalized populations. Students will also develop an appreciation and clearer understanding of one's self, one's career, and society by engaging in caring relationships with members of a different culture.

Students will choose to enroll in a course focusing on one of the following areas:

  1. Using knowledge to influence stateside social programs and policies (SOCS315/LIBA300)
  2. Developing an appreciation and clearer understanding of self, one’s career, and society by engaging in caring relationships with members of a different culture (LIBA450).
