FIRST IN THE NATION: 30 years of photographs from the Iowa Caucuses
Grand View’s Cowles Communication Center Gallery will display FIRST IN THE NATION: 30 years of photographs from the Iowa Caucuses, November 6, 2011 - February 6, 2012.
The exhibit features the work of more than 30 Iowa news photographers, including three Pulitzer Prize winners. The show will change and be updated thoughout the run, rotating through 90 photos. Images cover not only the candidates, but also the rich and famous supporters that make the trip to the state on the candidate's behalf, as well as the Iowans who take their first-in-the-nation status very seriously when it comes to picking our future presidents.
