Throughout the year Grand View sponsors a variety of events that are specifically for or of interest to alumni. Two of the most popular are the Viking 5k Run, and Homecoming/Studenterfest. Upcoming events will be posted in this section on an ongoing basis.

Children's Summer Art Workshops
June 10-13 • Rasmussen Center
Cost: NOW through March 15 - $30/ student
AFTER March 15 - $45/ student
Sign up today for GV’s fun and education Imagination Exploration Children’s Summer Art Workshops. The workshops are overseen by GV art and design professor, Aaron Tinder, and taught by GV art education alumni.
Students entering 1st-3rd grade, 9-11 a.m. • Art Reception, June 13, 11 a.m.
Students entering 4th-6th grade, 1-3 p.m. • Art Reception June 13, 3 p.m. **FULL**

Wrigley Field Weekend
July 12-14
Single Guest - $450 per person
Two Guests sharing a hotel room - $575 total
Three guests sharing a hotel room - $675 total
Four guests sharing a hotel room - $775 total
Join GV Alumni for a two-night weekend getaway to Chicago. Participants will depart Friday, July 12, from Grand View. Your weekend getaway includes a ticket to the Cubs vs. St. Louis Cardinals Saturday, July 13, at 6:15 p.m.
Cost includes round trip bus ride, ticket to the game, two-night downtown hotel accommodations and a complimentary reception Friday evening.
