Grand View to Host ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest
The Grand View Math & Computer Science Club and Department are hosting the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest this Saturday, November 9.
There are 24 teams from colleges and universities in central Iowa attending the contest. The ACM Contest is an annual international intercollegiate computer programming contest. Teams of 3 students from colleges and universities from all over the world compete regionally to be a finalist for the world competition that will be held next summer in Ekaterinburg, Russia with all expenses paid by IBM. The competition starts at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and ends at 6:00 p.m.
