Job Description:: We are looking for 2-3 part time Karaoke DJs or Wedding DJs, whichever interests you. There is more work in the Karaoke side, but also better pay on the wedding side. Details can be explained by email. Pays well, cash. you must report subcontractor income if you meet tax guidelines to do so. We provide transport vehicle, and all necessary equipment, and free training. Pay begins on your first permanent gig. Standard two week pay delay. -Best company in Iowa -We host at the best bars in the Des Moines Area -We are young-minded, yet financially sound, we won't be going anywhere. -VERY STABLE employment if you can follow rules and work well with others -Unique business footprint. We don't do karaoke quite like anyone else you've seen. Same goes for our weddings Requirements: -18 to DJ or do karaoke gigs -Must have a Valid DL and provide proof -Must have personal driver liability insurance and provide current verifiable proof -Must be able to pass a background and bonding process which can be explained -Must like karaoke, have a good knowledge of music, or willing to learn quickly -Must be able to take direction and criticism/critique when needed -Must be willing to follow company policy exactly as trained -Must sign industry non-compete agreement to be hired -Most of all, must love to work for a fun company at a fun job, and not be brain dead! :) Contact us by email at jobs@desmoineskaraoke.com.
