Job Description:
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for tasks as assigned by the Program Director or Program Manager. 2. Responsible for organizing camper information before and after each session. 3. Responsible for communicating with caregivers and parents of campers frequently over the phone or through email. 4. Prepare end of session envelopes to send home with campers. 5. Organize office needs- things that need to go to the post office, to camp headquarters, to another site, etc. 6. Responsible to the Program Director/Manager for typing, copying and collating. 7. Re-stock office supplies. Inform supervisors of any office supplies that need to be purchased. 8. Responsible for assisting with the separation of applications and preparation of cabin folders and letting the Program Director and/or Director of Registration know if forms are running low and need to be printed for cabin folders in a timely manner. 9. Assist with camp photos, dvd’s and camp newsletter as assigned. 10. Assist on check-in and check-out days with a high quality customer service demeanor. 11. Greet guest and provide excellent customer service. 12. To perform all program staff duties.
Job Qualifications:
Job Requirements: Good computer and internet skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills and independent worker. Experience working with people with disabilities a plus, but not required.
