Job Description:
Due to our explosive growth in Iowa, we are seeking qualified individuals, with or without experience, interested in a full time career in Management at Modern Woodmen of America. We are a full service Financial Planning company serving individuals and businesses through Life Insurance, Annuities, Invesments, Fixed and Variable Products, Health Insurance, Disability Insurance, Long Term Care, and other financial products. For the right candidate we are looking to place people into the Pathway to Leadership Program. This is a program that coincides with our Financial Representative Career (see other advertisement for more details). Essentially it is a 12 Month Program that provides a well-defined path for qualified candidates to join Modern Woodmen as a leader in training, establish themselves as a financial services professional, while preparing to train and lead others. Successful completion of the program will result in your appointment as a Managing Partner and can earn you the opportunity to be considered for the position of Regional Director - CEO of a Modern Woodmen region.
