We are seeking a talented .NET Programmer to help drive the development, modification and support of new and existing applications. Successful candidates will possess a wide range of skills, most importantly with Microsoft .NET tools and Microsoft SQL. This individual must be able to analyze business and operational processes to ensure our applications meet our clients’ needs. Excellent interpersonal skills, superior technical skills, an eye for detail, and an aptitude for logic and problem solving are all a must. Job Qualifications:
•Degree in computer science, MIS or related field •2-5 years of experience in .NET development preferred but not required •Prior experience developing browser-based applications linked to back office databases •Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service •Ability to drive and deliver project from end to end •Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, Visual Basic •Experience with MS SQL Server •Basic database design skills •Knowledge and experience with other languages, including XML and Java, a plus •Hardware / operating systems / data communications •Windows operating system skills •General hardware knowledge, including networking •General knowledge of data communications, including TCP/IP •Ability to work independently and meet deadlines •Problem resolution skills •Team player and cooperation skills •Knowledge of how financial institutions function •Knowledge of operational processes and systems **Credit and criminal background verification required on all applicants.
