Job Description:
Supervision of Mediacom Business Sales Coordinators in a manner that ensures that these SCs manages their assigned orders in order to minimize the fulfillment interval with the most cost effective installation methodologies.
Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is preferred. • Demonstrated Commercial Fulfillment success and experience is strongly preferred. • A minimum of 2 years fulfillment or customer service supervisory experience in cable or related field. • Working knowledge of PC Based word processing and spreadsheet programs, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. • CSG and Salesforce.com knowledge a must. • Strong organizational and follow-through skills required. • Candidate must possess excellent written and oral skills. • Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
