Seed is interviewing for a strong retail manager. Strong horticulture and retail experience a requirement. Creativity for putting together plants, terrariums, fairy gardens and merchandising wanted. Will work with Garden's Grace general manager in promotions and marketing of store. Will be required to form relationship with East Village community. Inventory, POS system, budgets, consistent system, working with owner and employees are many of the duties required. This person must understand young store growth and have a strong up beat leadership and be able to have the confidence to make decision on the day to day details.Direct communication is a plus! Graphics and unique ideas of signage a positive for Seed.
Job Qualifications:
