Job Description:
Merle Hay Mall is looking for an outgoing, personable, and customer service oriented professional to join the Customer Service team. If you are available 10-20 hours per week and feel the above description fits you, apply now! What your week will look like: - Assist customers both over the phone and in-person - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and mall - Reconcile cash and process gift card sales - Complete various projects as assigned by supervisor - Work cross-functionally with other departments as needed - Work 10-20 hours per week: includes nights, weekends, and holidays
