Job Description:
Merle Hay Mall is looking for an outgoing, personable, and customer service oriented professional to join the Customer Service team. If you are available 10-30 hours per week and feel the above description fits you, apply now! What your week will look like: •Assist customers both over the phone and in-person •Keep accurate records of customer interactions and mall incidents •Reconcile cash and process gift card sales •Complete various projects as assigned by supervisor •Work cross-functionally with other departments as needed •Assist with events and other marketing related tasks •Work 10-30 hours per week: includes nights, weekends, and holidays
