Summer Dance Camp (Grades K-5)
Johnson Wellness Center (1500 Morton Ave, Des Moines, IA 50316)
Thursday, July 23
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Dancers will explore dance fundamentals through a mix of movement and creativity. Participants will build body awareness, coordination, and confidence while working through skill progressions and combinations, with an emphasis on proper technique, safety, and artistic expression. Open to dancers entering K–5th grade for fall 2026.
Cost: $75 (lunch and T-shirt included)
What to Wear & Bring
- Fitted athletic clothing
- Dance shoes and/or tennis shoes
- Water bottle
