Dr. Paul Brooke Awarded Grant

Dr. Paul Brooke, Professor of English, was awarded a grant from the Puffin Foundation who "open the door of artistic expression by providing grants to artists and art organizations." The grant will allow Dr. Brooke to access color and wet Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) to create images of flamingo feathers, puma and guanaco fur, live shrimp, and more. This work will be included in his new book, Pantagruelian: Photographs and Poems about the Pumas of Torres del Paine.
