Kyle Boulanger Accepts Position at Harvard Stem Cell Institute

May 13, 2019

Kyle Boulanger, a 2019 Biology and Biochemistry Grand View graduate, is currently working in Dr. Doug Melton’s lab at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute. Kyle graduated on April 27, moved to Boston on May 5, and began his position as Research Associate for Dr. Melton, who is a co-founder of the Harvard Stem Cell Institute and is a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Investigator.

Kyle will be working with stem cells that will be used to experiment with, and potentially transplant into animal models in hopes of developing cell-based therapies for diabetes. He will spend one or two years doing intensive research, and then plans to apply to Ph.D. and/or MSTP programs to further his science education.

Congratulations, Kyle!
