Grand View University Honors Program Reference Form

The GV Honors Program is a selective, application-based opportunity to receive designated honors recognition upon graduation. Students who capitalize on this program will undergo an exploration of humanity, society, and life's purpose. GV Honors students will develop strong communication skills through discussions and collaborative learning opportunities - on and off campus. Participants will begin learning in a completely new way, strengthen leadership skills,  and engage with peers or professors who share similar levels of intellectual curiosity.

Students who wish to participate in this program must possess the following academic prerequisites:

  • High school GPA of 3.5 or higher (first-year students)
  • College GPA of 3.5 or higher (transfer students)
  • ACT score of 26 or above

*If the students academic abilities are not reflected by their current GPA or ACT scores, they should address this in their essay.
