Prayer Request Form

Campus Ministry cares for you and is here to walk beside you though all the joys and trouble of life. Part of that is that we love the opportunity to pray for the people of Grand View.

Fill out the prayer request form below and we will make sure that your request is prayed for by our Campus Ministry staff. You can submit anonymously or include your name and email if you would like. You are also welcome to indicate if you’d like your prayer request included as a part of our weekly chapel service.
