Welcome Weekend 2024: August 23-25

Meet, mingle and get to know the Grand View community before classes begin August 26! You'll have the opportunity to get together with other students and get acquainted with the campus over the weekend. There are a number of sessions that are required for new students - check the full schedule below. More fun events are scheduled throughout the first week of classes. As you attend events, you'll be eligible for lots of fun prizes!

Fall Athletes

We are excited to welcome back our fall athletes! Athletes will move-in, meet fellow teammates and get familiarized with Grand View University. Remember to check myGVU for your move in date if you are a fall athlete.

Before arriving on campus, please make sure you have completed the following:

If you were unable to attend the in-person orientation, did you complete the online orientation? If not, please go to our orientation page which explains how to sign up after completing placement testing. Once you complete orientation you will work with your GV Complete Coach to get registered for classes.
Submit your required health documents. Information on how to complete these can be found within the student health requirements. If you are a student-athlete, please be sure to look under the student athletes drop-down for additional documents.
Check with the Financial Aid Office to ensure all your paperwork is

Check with the Business Office to ensure all necessary documents are

Check myGVU tasks for alerts. These must be addressed before you will be
given your room key to move in.
