Business Career Fair

Location: CJ's Place, Henning Student Center
Join us for the Grand View Business Career Fair on Tuesday, October 7, 2:30-4:00pm in CJ's Place in the Henning Student Center. This is a valuable opportunity to network with employers who will have jobs and internships available now or in the future. Although October may seem early to apply for spring/summer internships, the fall semester is when many employers are recruiting to fill these positions. Employers will also have full-time positions available for fall/spring grads, and some employers will be there to help you become more familiar with their company/organization. Even if an employer doesn't have any positions currently posted in Handshake, stop by and chat with them. Several of the recruiters are GV grads; you'll see them wearing GV alumni stickers!
  • Bring printed copies of your resume to the event.
  • Appetizers and beverages will be available.
  • Multiple GV students have been hired by companies they met at this event in the past.

Majors: This event is open to all majors; many employers will be searching specifically for majors in Accounting, Business Administration and related majors (Finance, Marketing, Management, Human Resource Management, International Business, Professional Sales), Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, and Sport Management.

Attire: Business casual or business professional attire is recommended. Attend the Career Center's Professional Clothing Pop-up on September 30 to pick up some free professional clothing!
