Research Simulation: Uncovering the Truth: How Memory Plays Tricks on Us
Think your most cherished memories are reliable? Think again. In fact, most people—including jurors—believe eyewitnesses provide the strongest evidence in criminal cases. Research tells a different story. In this interactive session, Dr. Josh Woods will reveal how our minds can create false memories, why eyewitness accounts often go wrong, and how these same “cognitive illusions” shape our everyday lives. By diving into the fascinating world of forensic psychology, you’ll see how research isn’t just academic—it transforms the way we understand ourselves and others. Come discover how studying psychology can open new doors and change the way you see the world.
We can’t wait to meet you and share the exciting world of Psychology with you!
