FAFSA Support

Have uncertainties surrounding the financial aid process or filling out the FAFSA? Don't worry about getting stuck! Lots of help is available, starting with our Financial Aid Office staff.

You can get individual assistance by scheduling a virtual or in-person appointment here.

The FAFSA website is also a great resource, with a live chat option and a designated helpline at 800-4FED-AID. There is a Frequently Asked Questions page available that you may find helpful before you begin the process. There is even a FAFSA YouTube channel! Check it out for step-by-step instructions on creating an FSA ID, filling out the form, help understanding the different types of aid, and more.

FAFSA Fridays

Every Friday, a member of our Financial Aid Office is available to meet with students and/or families from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. in the Crossroads Lounge, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Rasmussen Center. We will help you with any questions you have at any step of the process.
